Hi everyone, today is Thursday which means one more day until weekend !!! Gawd weekend is always my favourite. This is because I can enjoy the idleness, drive to town for some ice-cream or even coffee. Take out my Moleskin notebook to do some doodle. OR even do some shopping ! Aside from these, what makes me extremely excited about Weekend is I got the chance to make myself some scrumptious breakfast !!!! I love making my family and myself breakfast and enjoy the conversations over the table.
So, today I will be giving you some ideas for breakfast making !

1. Parfait

If you are not good in cooking or afraid of cooking ! Parfait is the EASIEST yet yummy breakfast you can made for yourself.
All you need to have :
1. Granola // Muesli
2. Yogurt
3. Fresh Fruits (according to your preference)
If you dont like greek yogurt, it is okay, you can choose yogurt with honey flavour, vanilla anything you like.
You will have to start with layering the yogurt on the bottom of the glass, then scoop some granola and layer on top of the yogurt. Make sure it is even and thick enough. Then repeat the process until your glass is nearly full. Then add some fresh fruits on top of it ! I will suggest freeze your parfait for half an hour and walaaa it is ready to serve !!
2. Egg Toast
The second easy yet delicious breakfast is or course will be food which served with eggs !!! Im eggstremely an egg lover haha.
All you need to have :
1. eggs
2. Bread (white bread is more preferable)
You will need to cut a hole on your bread. Then heat up your pan, add some butter on the pan. When the butter is all melt, then it is time for you to put the bread on the pan. Wait for few minutes and when it turn a bit golden colour turn another side, then pour the egg in the hole. Wait until the egg is cooked, take it out from the pan and before you serve sprinkle some black pepper.
yummmms !!! you can fry some ham and sausages or even bacon to complete your breakfast.
3. Pancakes
The third breakfast idea is pancakes !!!!!! How can you not love pancakes, it is also very easy to made.
All you need to have :
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Assorted toppings, such as butter, maple syrup, confectioners' sugar, honey, jams, preserves, sweetened whipped cream, or chocolate syrup
Then mix the ingredients together until all of them all well mixed. Hit up your pan, scoop the mixture and pour it on the pan. (Make sure your pan is not overheated) Then turn it to another side to make sure both sides are evenly cooked. Then it is ready to served with any of the toping you prefer.
4. Waffles
Nowadays, there are many waffles provider in the market. You can make it yourself if yo have the waffle maker. Waffle is similar with pancake, you can have so many different side dish to pair with from sweet to savoury. For sweet, you can pair it with butter, jam, ice-cream, lemon curd, or even fruits !
For savoury, you can eat it with ham, salmon, porch eggs literally anything you like.
